"Sometimes when God answers a long-awaited prayer request it easy to be fearful even when you had faith." -GB
The Bite: Luke 1:1-38
The Digest:
What can we learn from this passage?
- God has a plan for each of our lives.
- God hears the prayers of those who are his and in right standing with him.
- God's timing is not our timing. Then when it happens it will be on his timetable
- God uses humble people. Mary was a humble and willing vessel to let go use her to save us.
- We must be humble and willing vessels to make kingdom movements
- Jesus was born just like us fully human but fully God
- We shouldn't doubt God like Zechariah
- Nothing is impossible for God
Where do you need to surrender doubt?
What prayers are you still waiting for God to answer?
The Chew:
To be used by God you must be humble obedient and not afraid

[00:00:00] Sometimes when God answers a long-awaited prayer quest, it is easy to be fearful even
[00:00:10] when you have had faith.
[00:00:16] I'm Aunisha, the host of this show, Glory Bites. Let's jump right in So Luke starts out his book by saying that these events have been fulfilled among us He said that this word had been handed down from hand it down from eyewitnesses and servants of the Lord and that he had carefully
[00:01:44] investigated all the reports in close detail and your prayers are indeed going up to God the Father. So this angel approaches Zachariah and he's like, do not be afraid. Your prayer has been heard that you are going to your wife is going to bear a son. And in that moment, he is paralyzed with fear as the
[00:03:02] scripture says. And even though says, how can I know this? See, Zachariah is just being told that his son is going to be part of the deliverance of people and he doubted. It makes me as mothers. You know what got to go down in order for you to concede. Number one, you got to be ovulating the time got to be right. And number two, you got to do the do. So Mary is sitting there trying to process all of this. And then she hear the Holy Spirit say, and by the way,
[00:05:42] the angel say, by the way, your may be done according to your word. What can we learn from this passage of scripture today? That God has a plan for each of our lives. He had a plan for Elizabeth and Zachariah. He had a plan for us through Mary carrying our Savior to birth him into this world so
[00:07:04] that we might have the word of God. But I really think that he is going to do something
[00:08:22] mighty in us taking the time to when God does something in our lives, isn't his perfect timing and his perfect will for
[00:09:42] our life. I ask you, if you have been encouraged, would you tell a friend and
