The Devil tempts us with our strengths, not our weaknesses. He knew Jesus had power and he wanted Jesus to use his power prematurely. Once he overcomes this temptation he will be ready for the mission field

Jesus was tempted and temptation is part of the human experience so he like us was tempted and didn't sin.

[00:08:06] but it's my special place to sit down and to be in a quiet isolation with the Lord. So the crowd is searching for him everywhere and they beg him to stay

[00:08:20] And he goes on to continue to travel and preach in the synagogues.
[00:08:24] See the devil tempts us not in our strengths, but in our weaknesses.
